Israel stocks off; chemicals slump, Teva up

TEL AVIV (MarketWatch) -- Israel stocks were mixed on Thursday, with the blue chips dragged down by the chemicals companies, the banks and Bezeq, while the technology stocks were anchored by a jump in Retalix.
