EXACT Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ: EXAS) announced today that it has scheduled a conference call for its second quarter financial and operating results, and other corporate developments, to be held on Friday, August 8, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. ET.

EXACT Sciences is also scheduled to release its second quarter 2008 financial and operating results on Thursday, August 7, 2008, after the close of regular market trading hours.
