At each of their annual meetings today, the shareholders of Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: EVM), Eaton Vance Insured California Municipal Bond Fund II (AMEX: EIA), Eaton Vance Insured Massachusetts Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: MAB), Eaton Vance Insured Michigan Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: MIW), Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: EIM), Eaton Vance Insured Municipal Bond Fund II (AMEX: EIV), Eaton Vance Insured New Jersey Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: EMJ), Eaton Vance Insured New York Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: ENX), Eaton Vance Insured New York Municipal Bond Fund II (AMEX: NYH), Eaton Vance Insured Ohio Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: EIO), and Eaton Vance Insured Pennsylvania Municipal Bond Fund (AMEX: EIP), each a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Ronald A. Pearlman and Heidi L. Steiger as Class III Trustees of the Funds for a three-year term and Ralph F. Verni as a Class I APS Trustee of the Funds, elected solely by holders of Auction Preferred Shares (APS), for a one-year term. Each Fund’s other Class I and Class II Trustees, who serve staggered three-year terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
