The film focuses on Bryan Smythe, a hardworking, hard playing, straight shooting guy who has an encounter of the 4th kind which changes his life and forces him to make some huge decisions which have an impact globally despite it being a "local incident", with twists and turns and a dramatic, yet hopeful ending.
