Chef Margot McCormack opened Margot Cafe & Bar in East Nashville in 2001. Since then, the French-inspired restaurant has been a staple of not just the neighborhood, but all of Nashville. The Nashville native sat down with the Business Journal to talk the good and bad of Nashville's growth.
