Abby Ayoola Mother Of 6 is Giving Survivors a Platform to Share Their Stories

Abby Ayoola is a nutritional specialist and entrepreneur who promotes healthy living. She has worked hard to live a healthier life as a mother of 6 adorable children, both for her own benefit and that of her children. People have entirely changed their lifestyles to healthier states and higher well-being as a result of her dedication, passion, and down-to-earth attitude. Simply stated, she enjoys eating well, traveling, and trying new things. She hopes that by doing so, she will encourage others to follow the same path.  Her entrepreneurship journey started in 2015 due to being fired from her job.

Being a mom of 6 doesn’t stop her from making a difference in people’s lives and inspiring others. She is a great example for the people who give up easily on their things in life. She has written 14 books and counting that instruct readers on how to live a healthy lifestyle and eat well. She has made an effort as a mother to live a better life for both herself and her children. People have entirely changed their lifestyles to healthier states and higher well-being as a result of her dedication, passion, and down-to-earth attitude. The world needs powerful women. Women with an unbreakable will, those who will uplift and strengthen others, those who will love and be loved, and those who live bravely. To change the dynamic, reshape the debate, and ensure that women’s opinions are heard and heeded rather than neglected and ignored, we need women at all levels, including the top. Abby Ayoola is such a strong and inspiring character.

Simply put, she is a vegan who enjoys helping others, eating healthily, traveling, and trying new things. She hopes that doing these things will inspire others to follow in her footsteps. In addition, she hosts a cooking show called Dine with Abby, which was highlighted in the Toronto Caribbean newspaper. She is also one of the cast members and a co-creator of Naija Wives of Toronto. A pioneering Canadian reality program, Naija Wives of Toronto, follows Nigerian-Canadian women as they manage relationships, friendships, professions, and children.  

Talking about her education she studied at Toronto’s Amesbury Middle School. For grades 9 and 10, she entered West Humber in Toronto, Ontario, and for grades 11 and 12, she attended Turner Fenton in Brampton, Ontario. She attended Canadore College in North Bay to study print and broadcast journalism. Later in her 20s, she also pursued human resources and nutrition studies. She is a mompreneur, nutritionist, businesswoman in the media, tech, food, and beauty industries, as well as an investor.

Mainly she does podcast hosting and she is an Author, Publisher, and content creator. She is an all-rounder being an author podcast host, publisher, Co-creator of a reality show called Naija Wives, and Editor in chief of Mom’s Ultimate Guide magazine.
