Ergonomic desk maker Ergotron sold to Sterling Group of Texas for $650 million

Ergotron, an Eagan company that makes sit-to-stand desks and other ergonomic office furniture and fixtures, has been acquired by a Houston private equity firm in deal worth $650 million.
