The two sides reached a cooperation consensus on industrial capital, NFT digital collection and the development of Chinese traditional art resources, and signed relevant strategic cooperation agreements.

In this cooperation, Hong Kong Prime Golden Group Groupinjected  $7 million of strategic capital into Revolution, which is mainly used to expand business scale and global market coverage after the platform goes online. According to the development plan of Revolution, Revolution will establish an ecological foundation in which part of the increased capital will be included, so as to support the application research related to NFT and Metaverse.

It is Revolution’s first strategic cooperation with the peer institution before going online. As the world’s first NFT trading platform which anchors Ethereum for standard pricing, Revolution NFT platform is very consistent with Prime Golden’s online product development plan and is expected to be an important growth point of Prime Golden’s new business in the field of crypto art NFT .
