How Fourth Street may look if apartment tower moves forward

Plans to develop a 400-apartment tower on the site of prominent LGBT bars has sparked anger. But owners of Oilcan Harry's told KXAN News it represents the best chance to preserve their business for years to come. They would have a lease on the ground level of the new building.
