She was Manager, Recruiting Solutions for 10 months before her recent promotion to Head of Delivery in March 2022. Before this, Bridget worked at Arrow Resources (a recruitment company she founded), Schaffer Associates, S&D Tea and Coffee, McGrann Paper Corporation, to mention but a few.
