Window company in Southeast Michigan opens new location in Novi

Pure Energy Window Company is expanding the area of their window installation service by adding a new customer service location near Novi, Michigan.

Novi, United States - February 11, 2022 /PressCable/

Window replacement and installation company Pure Energy Window Company serves Metro Detroit, Southeast Michigan, and Greater Lansing, and is adding a new location in Novi. The Pure Energy headquarters is in Brighton and the new Novi location is one of many recently added by the Michigan window company.

Pure Energy started in 2014 in Lansing. The founders, Matthew Masters and Adrian Beaver both worked in the window and home improvement industries before creating Pure Energy. They built the company because there was, in their view, a need for more energy-efficient windows, doors, sliding glass doors, and attic insulation. Low-quality and poorly-fitted windows can be one of the top reasons for high energy bills for homeowners, according to Masters and Beaver.

The Brighton-based window company has been able to tap into concerns about environmental efficiency and sustainability that have become more widespread amongst Michigan homeowners. Pure Energy sells and installs custom-made windows designed to promote energy efficiency. Since the company started, it’s expanded its offering to sliding glass doors, entry doors, and attic insulation.

All the panes used in the Pure Energy windows and doors come from a Michigan window manufacturer, Sunrise Windows in Temperance. Masters and Beaver claim that the company’s windows can improve a house’s energy efficiency by 10 times or more compared to builder-grade windows.

Novi expansion

In the last year, Pure Energy has started expanding rapidly, opening new locations all over Southeast Michigan. The company was interested in better serving their customers across the state, and so began an initiative to open up five new satellite locations by mid-2022. Pure Energy recently announced a location in Farmington Hills as well. Although the company can go to their customers wherever they are in Southeast Michigan, having in-person locations helps with logistical details.

Pure Energy started as a family-owned and operated business with just 10 employees at the original Lansing location. The window replacement company is still family-owned but now has 80 staff instead of 10, and it eventually outgrew its Lansing facility. After moving to a new space in Hudson for a few years, Pure Energy bought the old Harly-Davidson building in Brighton in 2020. The space was transformed into the company’s base of operations and installation dispatch center, featuring offices, warehouse space, and a telemarketing center.

Employees at Pure Energy work all over Metro Detroit, Greater Lansing, and Southeast Michigan. With a business model that combines high-quality products with personalized customer service, Pure Energy has seen a great deal of success in Michigan and the customer base has grown. Opening more locations has allowed the business to solidify relationships with customers and take a more active role in local communities. Pure Energy is looking forward to operating the new location in Novi and getting to know their Novi customers even better.

Pure Energy Window Company is located at 5942 Whitmore Lake Road in Brighton, MI 48116. They can be reached via their website or by phone, at 248-446-6100.
