His music is more into the genre Hip Hop. He is well known for his great music composing and producing skills, his recent popular song is "Tripura Cypher", which has delighted many youngsters' minds and the got influenced. He founded the music production/label "Artgreed" in 2019, where he signed Sam Mikk as an artist and, besides, started working/collaborating with several artists like DJBRAHMMAN, Jemzy, Boy B, Syed Zahid, and many more.

Early Life

Syl Beats was born on 2 November 1997 in Kailashahar, Tripura, India. He was born with the name Mohammed Shahin Choudhury into a Muslim family. His father, Mohammed Siraj Choudhury, and his mother, Jaba Begam both Bengali and originally from India. Later on, he adopted his stage name/Personal brand name as SYL BEATS. He began his musical journey while he was studying in class 9th. According to him, he was a self-taught musician in his early days. He first started learning guitar and later on other instruments as well, which later on led him to be a music producer, composer, and a mix master engineer. His preferred D.A.W is Fl Studio. He studied at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Engineering and Technology (SVIET), Chandigarh. According to him, he "was a good student, pursued Science stream in the PCM category and then pursued B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, but he also cared more about music. He then continued towards producing music besides polishing all his other skills at the same time. He grew up listening more to Hip Hop music/songs and RnB and Blues music.

Career

After completion of his B.tech, he continued to music production. He then founded a Hip Hop Music Production named "ARTGREED" in 2019, which led him and his artists to great success. His well-known song "Tripura Cypher" has a great reaction on people. Stepping from a small town into Hip Hop music world was hard, but he and his team got success in this career. Besides Hip Hop music, as a versatile music producer, he collaborated with many artists of different genres and got good responses from listeners. As a career, Syl Beats decided to go with Music Production with his homies and grow the Hip Hop music scene from a small town and inspire/influence others towards music
