Megan Jones has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and medical education, and is a strategic, results-driven, agency professional with significant experience leading cross-functional teams.

Most recently Megan served as Chief Operating Officer at EVERSANA ENGAGE where she led the agency's client services, creative, digital and project management teams.  Megan's operational leadership and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization led to the successful integration of multiple agencies into one while achieving double-digit revenue growth. During her 8 years at EVERSANA (and legacy company The Access Group) Megan held multiple roles including General Manager and EVP, Client Services.

Clay Romweber has nearly 20 years of experience as a successful business manager and strategist, serving as a high performing sales leader, coach, and proven entrepreneur. Additionally, Clay served as SVP, Digital Solutions at PlatformQ Health, as well as President and various other roles at Physician's Weekly LLC/Pri-Med.
