City approves deal for new $60 million industrial park called Mesquite 365

The project, a Class A industrial business park that sits on 38 acres at the southeast corner of U.S. 80 and Interstate 635, is being developed by Chicago-based Creation RE, a real estate fund advised by Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital.
