NORCROSS, Ga. – September 30, 2021 – Believing that no child should be without the basic necessities in life, regardless of their circumstances, a new non-profit, True Dedication Inc., has formed with the mission of providing support services and aid to orphans around the world.

True Dedication Inc. is managed and run by Abdulwasie Tofik Abdulwahab, CEO, Nasradin Addus, CFO, Kalel Ibrahim, Secretary, along with volunteers who have joined together to create an organization for sheltering orphans, provide medical care, and ultimately, have them adopted by loving families, according to its founder and CEO, Abdulwasie Tofik Abdulwahab.

According to the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), there are roughly 153 million orphans worldwide.

These children who have lost their parents have also lost hope and have no one to help them dream, Abdulwahab said. True Dedication Inc. will provide adoption, medical, education and food assistance to orphans.

“We are committed and dedicated to serving these orphans and we are passionate about finding families to adopt these children, and we are going above and beyond to ensure that ethical practices are in place and maintained in the countries and orphanages we serve,” he said. “So many of these children have lost hope and so many suffer from sickness and diseases and die every day because of lack of access to medical services. They are at the mercy of humanity.”

True Dedication Inc. is committed to each child having a dream, Abdulwahab said. “We put each child’s well-being first and we believe that adoption is the best choice for each waiting child.

“We believe that all children have intrinsic value and deserve to be nurtured, loved, and protected. They are entitled to have caring adults who help them develop to their full potential.

“Together, we have an opportunity to contribute to our children’s future and be part of an enduring effort that promotes safety and the well-being of them and provide them with the necessities of life and a welcoming, safe environment.”

How True Dedication, Inc. was Born

A member of a different nonprofit organization asked Abdul Wahab if he would put in his supermarket at the end of each checkout counter a coin jar where customers could put money in a jar labeled “for the orphans in Africa.”  Abdul Wahab’s family did that and one better by initiating a financial matching program where he personally contributed to the orphan fund on a weekly basis for years.

After several years, the member of the other nonprofit organization moved to Africa and stopped showing up to collect the coins nor did he answer the phone.  At this point, thousands of dollars in coins had been collected and there was no one picking it up.

As a result, his wife Widad suggested that Abdul Wahab start a nonprofit that would also help the orphans of Africa and children at risk, domestically.  So he did just that and True Dedication, Inc. a 501(c)(3) organization was born.
