Clark-Wendel is widely known for her work in financial and career services, with more than three decades of experience in the small business community. While serving on the NSBA Leadership Council, she will work alongside other small-business advocates from across the country, promoting small business interests to policymakers in Washington, DC.

Since 1989, she has successfully owned, operated, and sold two firms and held management roles in two Fortune 100 companies. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is the author of two books, Your Business, Your Retirement and A Pocketbook of Hope in Tough Economic Times.
