ATLANTA, GA, August 05, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group has completed the sale of a residential land parcel in South Atlanta for $4.65 million to ResiBuilt Homes LLC. The Atlanta-based homebuilder purchased 57 developed lots and 77 future lots for the next phase of development at the Parkview Estates single-family housing subdivision.

The Ackerman/Pioneer Land Advisory Group's John Speros, JT Speros and Kyle Gable brokered the sale of the property located off 4025 Union Road SW in South Fulton County on behalf of the seller, Parkview Estates Development LLC.
