Franchisees enjoyed a multi-day conference with brand breakouts, vendor information sessions, keynote speakers, and a 100,000 sq. ft. trade show. The event culminated with an Awards Gala, recognizing the outstanding achievements of our franchisees.

The overarching theme that flowed through the Venture X sessions that week was "the future of flex workspace." The theme carried through to an Industry Leader panel featuring Giovanni Palavicini, Principal, Avison Young; William Edmundson, President, Global Workspace Association (GWA) Board of Directors; Hassan Mirjan, CEO, SphereMail; Faye Stutts, Director of Coworking Partnerships, Vari; Jack Richer, CEO of Placepay; and Tom Fuge, Managing Director of Real Estate, PON & Carr Companies. Panelists discussed forward thinking opportunities from an influx of new customers and the innovation boom from companies supporting the remote work industry. Additionally, franchisees had one-on-one time with vendors such as Vari®, a partner of Venture X that provides high-quality and flexible workspace solutions to our spaces.
