Mr. Johncox graduated from the Western State University College of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991. He has represented over 200 criminal defense clients and more than 300 family law cases throughout his career. In addition to family law, Allen has experience with guardianship cases, juvenile dependency proceedings, civil litigation, probate matters, trust, and criminal jury trials. Before becoming an attorney, Allen served as a police officer and an enlisted officer in the U.S. Army. Allen Johncox has an immense passion for helping his community through service and charitable work. In 1994, Allen founded his charitable organization that, to this day, provides financial support for many non-profit organizations in the Orange County area.
