REACH furthers its commitment to patient-centered care with accreditation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - July 13, 2021 - PRLog -- REACH Kidney Care announced today that it received three-year Population Health Program (PHP) accreditation from The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). NCQA accreditation is awarded to organizations meeting stringent quality standards and is intended to encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Achieving NCQA accreditation is reflective of REACH's commitment to transforming care for individuals with kidney disease to ensure the highest quality of care and quality of life possible.
