State plans to invest $52M to address Memphis Regional Megasite wastewater issues

TN proposes to invest $52 million in the Memphis Regional Megasite to address wastewater and water infrastructure. It also wants to invest $80M in TCAT to help ready a workforce, and spend $100M to improve broadband connectivity in rural areas.
