Daiso USA Achieves Automation and Distribution Efficiency with Help from BALYO

BALYO partnered with Daiso USA driving automation and distribution efficiency. Mike Manalac, Director of Distribution and Logistics at Daiso USA shared why the company chose BALYO, “We looked at several providers and after we got introduced to the BALYO team, we thought they would be great at helping us with our haul out. We had people picking up pallets, dropping them, moving too fast, they didn’t follow any safety, they didn’t follow any routes we planned out and after looking at the BALYO solution, they came in and helped us with that process, they integrated the robot into the path, they were able to slow down the traffic, and they were able to reduce damage. The robot comes in, does its job. I can rely on it. The team can rely on it. It’s definitely a big morale boost.”
