Duke Energy opposes —and may block — an NC study on regulatory market reforms

The opposition from Duke Energy and an affiliated political group to House Bill 611 may have worked, at least for now. The head of the political organization says it stopped attack ads against the bill Friday after sponsors agreed not to push it in this session.
