(PRUnderground) March 22nd, 2021

eSource Capital Group (“eSource”), announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Daxos, a Cloud solutions software development company focused on Digital Transformation Acceleration.  “We could not be happier with the Daxos transaction”, stated Enrique Camacho, CEO of eSource, “having integrated Amarello, a top GCP Google Partner last year in Mexico, Daxos was the logical next step to solidify our growth in response to the market demands for a more complete portfolio of solutions for an accelerated Cloud journey”.  In addition, Juan Aguilera, of the eSource’s acquisition team reported, “this is but another step in our growth strategy for all the Americas and we look forward to sharing more exciting news in the near future”.

“eSource is a company with a great reputation and more than a decade of experience in the Cloud business worldwide,” stated Leonardo Del Valle, Founding Partner/CTO of Daxos. “We are excited to join forces; we consider it to be a pivotal decision to grow our businesses. We now join eSource’s worldwide coverage and contribute our own expertise developing innovative Cloud solutions for Google, AWS, and Azure customers.”

eSource Capital Group, with coverage in over 20 countries, has 15 years of experience helping thousands of organizations make the transition to the Cloud and transform their operations. Through this acquisition, the group can substantially enlarge its cloud technology offerings for enterprise buyers by creating connectors, applications, middlewares, and add-ons based on cloud micro services and APIs.

Moving to the Cloud doesn’t automatically mean an immediate increase in productivity and savings. Cloud adoption is an iterative process of integration, education, and configuration. It includes more than the acquisition of services from Cloud providers like AWS, Google or Microsoft; it also requires the development of connectors and the creation of solutions that leverage APIs for more fitted solutions. Capitalizing on this trend was the trigger for this transaction.

eSource Capital Group, with offices and operations in the US, Latin America, and Europe, is an expert in Cloud computing, aligning its services to the implementation, adoption, and support  of Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) applications.

Daxos S.A.S, with offices and operations in Bogotá Colombia, specializes in providing customized software development solutions and leveraging their expertise in Google, AWS and Azure’s Clouds. Their mission is to develop innovative solutions that create a business differentiator for their customers.
