Hormel will buy Planters nuts from Kraft Heinz for $3.35 billion

Hormel Foods Corp. has agreed to buy the Planters business from Kraft Heinz Co. for $3.35 billion in cash, a deal that gives Hormel an additional nut business to go alongside its Skippy and Justin's brands.
