Walz budget plan includes tax hikes for big companies, forgivable loans for small ones

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz unveiled his budget proposal on Tuesday, a plan that includes tax hikes for the wealthiest Minnesotans and larger companies and more help to lower-income residents and small businesses hurt by the Covid-19 pandemic.
