Cost of repairing steam damage to We Energies headquarters hits $60 million

The costs of repairing WEC Energy Group’s downtown Milwaukee headquarters from a “superheated steam release” when the company’s underground steam-power tunnels flooded in May 2020 have skyrocketed to an estimated $60 million.
