ESD hiring new fraud chief in wake of massive losses from benefit fraud

The state agency shared details of its hiring plans in a recruitment on LinkedIn, saying it wants to build a big, centralized anti-fraud team within a year. It comes just weeks after the agency was harshly criticized in a state auditor's report.
