Another Wegmans site is sold as Chapel Hill location nets $32 million from REIT

A Michigan investor has bought the site of the future Chapel Hill Wegmans as the grocer gears up for an expected spring opening. The sale comes about a month after the site of the new Wegmans in Cary was sold.
