Overland Park City Council requests investigation of councilman for potential removal from office

The Overland Park City Council has requested state and county investigations of Councilman Scott Hamblin's domestic violence arrest. In a 9-2 vote, the council asked for an investigation on where the arrest warrants removal from office.
