U.S. Department of Justice supports lawsuit challenging Hawaii’s quarantine rule

The DOJ statement, which it filed Tuesday, said that “Hawaii likely has transgressed the Constitution’s limits by effectively discriminating between Hawaii residents and out-of-state residents.”
