Kashkari predicts long bouts of shutdowns, 'barring some health care miracle'

Minneapolis Federal Reserve President Neel Kashkari said Sunday that the United States economy shouldn't expect a quick rebound from the coronavirus pandemic but rather prepare for an "18-month strategy" that involves rolling shutdowns as the virus flares up repeatedly.
