Memphis as Usual: Next great idea for the city goes to the dogs (and cats)

What will happen with the Brooks Museum and Memphis College of Art when they leave their buildings? May I humbly submit a billion-dollar idea for the city: the National Museum of the Dog and the National Museum of the Cat. Seriously.
