Buyout gives Austin startup Riskpulse nearly $23M, big backers like DHL

Riskpulse, a 5-year-old startup, is being bought in a unique deal by two venture capital firms and logistics giant DHL. It also has millions of dollars to amp up its software that analyzes shipping risks for companies.
