These three consulting firms will head arts tax campaign in Mecklenburg County

Partnership for a Better Mecklenburg hopes to raise awareness and support for a quarter-cent sales tax increase up for consideration by voters in November. Arts and cultural groups would receive 45% of the additional revenue.
