'Its time has come': Troy-Menands Bridge could be replaced, relocated based on new study

The Troy-Menands Bridge, a four-lane crossing carries about 35,000 vehicles daily between Route 378 in Menands to Route 4 in Troy, will be the subject of a new study by the state Department of Transportation that will look at options to move the bridge south of its current location.
