In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Array Biopharma (ARRY), up about 56.6% and shares of Arqule (ARQL), up about 16.6% on the day.
