As Aratana awaits $245M sale closing, it wins fifth FDA approval in three years

Aratana Therapeutics, which announced its plan to sell to Elanco Animal Health Inc. for $245 million in late April, has won FDA approval for a smaller vial of the pet therapeutics company's drug Nocita.
