Multibillionaire WhatsApp founder Brian Acton has spent the past five years quietly buying up more than a half dozen homes on a single block in Palo Alto’s Professorville neighborhood, and was the man behind Palo Alto’s largest real estate transaction to date — paying $30 million cash for a house on the block in 2017, according to a new report.
