Retirees say Sears wrongfully terminated life insurance policies

A group of retired Sears Holdings Corp. workers is seeking court approval to form a committee to protect their life insurance benefits, claiming that the bankrupt retailer wrongfully terminated policies for tens of thousands of former employees.
