Chicago, Feb 8, 2019 (Issuewire.com) - The Jeffery M. Leving Legal Team saved the life of a little girl who, according to Court records, was forced to endure sexual and physical abuse at the mothers house.
Three years ago, when the child was just 11 months old, Fathers Rights Attorney Jeffery M. Leving went to Court to fight for custody of the baby girl for her dad. The Court awarded the father sole custody of his little girl and ordered that the mother would have minimal parenting time with the baby girl.
Recently, however, the dad called Leving and told him about horrendous things that were reportedly going on at the mothers house when the little daughter was there. The mother had obtained an Emergency Order of Protection against her new boyfriend because he allegedly abused the mother punching, kicking and slapping her during an argument that was so loud that neighbors called the police and the boyfriend was arrested.
Even worse, according to Court records, the little girl told her dad that when she was at her mothers house, she was abused by three adults the mother and her boyfriend hit her, and an unknown male at the house sexually abused the traumatized little girl. The dad was devastated and turned to Leving again for legal help, this time to ensure that his daughter would never be subjected to abuse again at the mothers house of horrors.
The Leving Legal Team immediately went into Court and sought emergency relief to save this little girls life and to ensure she would never be sexually or physically abused again. Leving argued to the Court that it should order that the mother stay away from the little girl and deny the mother any visitation.
Leving won. The Judge entered an Emergency Order to deny the mother any parenting time and ordering her to have no contact with the child for one year.
This little girl, rescued by the Leving Legal Team from the most unimaginable abuse, can begin to heal, physically and emotionally, knowing she no longer must go to the house of horrors, and knowing her dad will always keep her safe.
