West Midtown has benefitted from the expansion of Georgia Tech deeper into West Midtown, where it recently bought the nearly 100-year-old Randall Bros. headquarters on Marietta Street. Tech is also expanding startup-space into projects such as The Interlock, one of several new West Midtown developments.
