Sears chair teams with bankruptcy lender Cyrus on possible takeover bid

Sears Holdings Corp. Chairman Eddie Lampert has teamed with Cyrus Capital Partners L.P. to prepare a potential take over of Sears that would keep the bankrupt retailer in business.
