Cousins Properties files plans with state for Midtown's Norfolk Southern Corp. HQ

The project at 650 West Peachtree Street includes 1.3 million square feet of office space and about 12,000 square feet for retail space, according to plans filed with state through its Development of Regional Impact (DRI) program.
