“What can you say about a professional like Jim Wochner, who has served KCS in so many important ways over a remarkable 38-year career? Jim is an industry icon and highly respected by his peers and colleagues,” said KCS president and CEO, Patrick J. He holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor of science with distinction in business administration and economics from the University of Nebraska.

“In his six years as associate general counsel and corporate secretary at KCS, Adam Godderz has demonstrated exceptional talent as a lawyer and advisor to the CEO and board of directors, as well as very strong leadership qualities,” said Mr. Ottensmeyer. “I am highly confident that Adam is well-suited and ready to move into the general counsel position and lead the extremely talented and experienced Law department at KCS and KCSR.”

Mr. Godderz joined the company in 2007 as associate general counsel and supported sales and marketing, purchasing and financial transactions.
