New appraisal nearly doubles fairgrounds land value ahead of crucial MLS stadium votes

The publicly owned property at The Fairgrounds Nashville is currently worth about $11.8 million, according to a report from Neiman-Ross Associates Inc. Should the rezoning pass, it would be worth $20.7 million.
