As one of the area’s largest general contractors, Oakville-based Goodwin Bros. Construction worked on the $380 million renovation of the Gateway Arch grounds as well as projects for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, including its 23-year, $4.7 billion Project Clear initiative in 2017.
