Adidas trademark infringement suit against Sketchers Stan Smith look-alike to move forward

The court of appeals upheld an injunction against Skechers that prohibits it from selling two shoes with designs similar to Adidas sneakers. On the same day, Skechers filed a separate lawsuit against Adidas.
