Coinbase says it overcharged some customers, will start issuing refunds

Coinbase said a computer glitch had caused some users to be charged multiple times on a single purchase, with one user complaining on a popular Reddit thread that they'd been charged 17 times for one purchase of $1,000 worth of currency.
