Tampa firm enters KCK with $11M storage project, eyes multifamily

Phillips Development and Realty recently acquired a site at the corner of Southwest Boulevard and Rainbow Boulevard in Kansas City, Kan., where it will develop a 100,000-square-foot Class A self-storage facility.
